Temporarily convert all workflows to workflow_dispatch only. Original triggers are kept as comments for easy re-enablement once the release pipelines are validated end-to-end. - kompo-ci-gate: push/pr/merge_group -> dispatch only - kompo-release-prepare: push:staging -> dispatch only - kompo-release-preview: push:staging -> dispatch only - kompo-release-publish: push:main -> dispatch only - projects-validation: push/pr with path filters -> dispatch only
