PR 新增的 tests/test_markdown_image.py 用 pytest.importorskip("markdown_it")，
而 ci.yml 的轻量 pytest job（--no-project --with ...）未装 markdown-it-py，
真·CI 环境（pytest/httpx/pydantic/tqdm 均不传递依赖 rich→markdown-it-py）里
这 6 个测试会被静默跳过、形同虚设。补 --with "markdown-it-py>=4.2.0"（纯 Python
轻量包）使其在 CI 真跑。隔离环境（清 VIRTUAL_ENV + --isolated）实测确认缺口存在。

PR #61 新增「总结 Markdown 渲染为分享图片」功能（markdown_image 模块、 summarize --render-image 选项、[image] 可选 extra: markdown-it-py + playwright）。 新功能、向后兼容（image 为可选依赖、不装不影响核心）、无移除已发布参数， 按 SemVer 为 minor（2.2.0 → 2.3.0）。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

summarize --render-image：总结 Markdown 写盘后，额外渲染成 PNG 分享图（Markdown → HTML → Playwright 截图）[image]可选依赖（markdown-it-py+playwright，需uv sync --extra image+playwright install chromium）--image-output/--image-width/--image-theme(light/dark) /--image-scale兼容性
新功能、向后兼容（image 为可选 extra、不装不影响核心），无移除已发布参数，SemVer minor（2.2.0 → 2.3.0）。
验证
uv lock --check通过详见 v2.2.0...dev
