Metric reporting

Hi!
I'd like to reproduce the metric reporting, specially LPIPS and VGG-16 mentioned in the paper but can't see it in the repo, are the metrics implementation available anywhere?

Please see this script for LPIPS distance on pairs of images in a directory. I added a description of the procedure here: https://github.com/junyanz/BicycleGAN#metrics.
