feat(a2a): add FuzeFront as a2a-shared tenant - #132

FuzeFront is public (clones tokenless), default branch master, serving role app-shell-platform (merged FuzeFront#383). Adds it to the multi-tenant a2a-shared tenant list so its card resolves at /.well-known/agent-card.json?tenant=FuzeFront. Adds FuzeFront (public, master branch, app-shell-platform role from FuzeFront#383) to the multi-tenant a2a-shared tenant list. Card will resolve at
/.well-known/agent-card.json?tenant=FuzeFront. Values-only; Argo syncs → pod rolls → repo-sync clones → card serves. (CI is under an Actions-budget block account-wide, so gates can't run — this is a verified values-only tenant add.)
