The top-level --help said "hono <command> --help has examples", and agents read 1.2 to 2.6 subcommand helps per run before the first real command. Now it carries a cheat sheet of request, batch, and diff lines, and says to run hono diff after changing existing code instead of the capture-first snapshot flow. With #159 to #162, subcommand help reads went to 0.4 to 1.0 per run, and refactor runs went from 9.2 to 6.0 turns. Details in docs/agent-dx-log.md (#158).

It is based on #157 and describes #160 (cookies), #161 (form bodies), and #162 (hono diff), so merge it after those.

The author should do the following, if applicable

  • Add tests
  • Run tests
  • pnpm run format:fix && pnpm run lint:fix to format the code
  • Add TSDoc/JSDoc to document the code
