fix: hints in Vite and cf projects

Two hints pointed the wrong way:

• ENTRY_NOT_FOUND said "Pass the app file: hono routes src/app.ts" from every command, including request and snapshot. It now says "Pass the app file as the argument". In a Vite project with no entry file (the app comes from a Vite plugin), it adds that request and batch go through the Vite dev server with no file, while snapshot, --trace, and --watch need the file.
• CLOUDFLARE_CONFIG_NOT_SUPPORTED with a Vite config suggests --runtime vite, but its docs still linked the wrangler config page. The link now comes only with the wrangler suggestion.

The author should do the following, if applicable

• Add tests
• Run tests
• pnpm run format:fix && pnpm run lint:fix to format the code
• Add TSDoc/JSDoc to document the code
