The project.yml file template needs updating to improve SDG formatting and reduce duplicate data.

Instead of "program area card data" changing to "SDG info" in _project Markdown files, it has been decided it will be changed to "Value (used on program area page cards, project pages, eventually SDG pages)" to better reflect the contents of that section.
