The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the underlying service can no longer fetch GitHub stargazer data reliably. This change points the chart at a working instance of the same service so the project's growth is visible again. The chart image and its wrapping link have been updated accordingly.

The star history chart in the README has been broken for a while due to upstream API restrictions, so visitors can no longer see the project's growth at a glance. This PR fixes it by switching the chart to a working instance of the star history service. No other files are affected.
