For new projects, it would be nice to default to modern objective-c .m and .h templates, as well as default to add -fobjc-arc to the compiler flags. and to encourage to use ARC and @Property etc.
Or alike this in the main.m:

or when creating a new Application, the AppController.m
to not call [super dealloc] in the -dealloc method.
