Adds
s_dwithinsupport to the CQL2 JSON parser so filters can select geometries within a specified distance of a point or polygon.Supersedes #166, preserving the original implementation and commits by @Jacob7052 and @piappl. This branch is based on that PR branch and includes the latest
main, merged without conflicts.Validation: 503 tests passed; 62 SpatiaLite-dependent tests skipped. Ruff lint, formatting, and mypy passed through
pre-commit run --all-files. GDAL, Django GIS, and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch/Solr service integration tests were not run locally.
