[Docs] Duplicate entry in scripts list (get_youtube_view.py listed twice) #3229

Description

There is a duplicate entry in the README.md list of scripts. The script get_youtube_view.py is listed twice under different numbers.

Impact

This creates confusion in the list numbering and redundancy in the documentation.

Proposed Fix

Remove the duplicate item #24 and adjust the subsequent item numbers accordingly.
