Hi @HACS-bank, thanks for reporting this. The diagnostics mixed up the generator rate and network TX rate.
This should be fixed in 22478b2, included in 3.0.0-rc3 released today.

The diagnostics now report separate generator, network TX, and network RX rates. With an external traffic source, the internal generator rate should be zero. Network TX can still be nonzero because the device sends other traffic, including ESPHome communication.

Could you update to rc3 and confirm that the readings look correct?
A new version of the ESPectre add-on for HA is also available, you can update it directly from HA.
