Face Tracking with Arduino / OpenCV

Very basic face tracking, identify single point on detected image section and attempt to keep in the center of the frame.

Arduino serial connection is hard coded in top of .py. Simple "p" and "m" sent across serial to rotate plus or mins as appropriate.
