Two comments still described the old Redux flow: the hook no longer reads promoCodeVerified from the store, and validatePromoCode delivers allows_to_reassign on the resolved response, not in Redux. The dead VALIDATE_PROMO_CODE_ERROR export goes; it is referenced nowhere.

How do review limits work?CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability. Comment cleanup after the promo validation rework. Two comments still described the old Redux flow, and VALIDATE_PROMO_CODE_ERROR was exported but referenced nowhere. No behavior change. The isBusy ticket-data clause was checked as a removal candidate and stays: anonymous sessions render the form while the initial ticket list loads, so it is reachable.
