- Capture the selected checkout once, default to cwd, and open a fixed snapshot.
- Preserve all-worktree plugin/sync collection and the shared ingestion payload.
- Share capability resolution; advertise and enforce HTTP admission by runtime.
- Validation: mise run check (66 browser tests) and mise run test:race passed.
