Add cached file counts across all local scopes; captures use snapshot counts.
Show change/empty/unknown labels; sort changed checkouts first, then recency.
Add count, ordering, refresh, and keyboard tests; regenerate embedded assets.
Validation: mise run check and mise run test:race pass.
