…atter The agenda issue was being created only hours before the meeting, leaving no time to fill it in. Shift the bi-weekly trigger so it fires the Thursday before each meeting and targets next week's meeting date. Also strip the issue template's name/about YAML frontmatter (used only by GitHub's template chooser) before posting it as the issue body.
