Related, keventd in the menu and title "Bundled Device Manager" feel a bit off. What do you think about at least changing the menu to Device Manager or Device Management?

We should probably also have a "Rules", or "udev Rules" section in the main document. Detailing what we support and linking to udev(7) for the syntax.
