TimeZone issue for Time Classification

🐛 Bug Description

In the Time Classification task, the verification script hard code the expected directory or folders, which might be not accurate due to timezone issue. If the task is running in west-us timezone, due to local timezone conversion, it produce the wrong directory always. The better way might be using code to generate expect directory to allow dynamic adjustment
