Make Filter Writes Atomic Across Schema, Numeric, And Category Indexes

Description

Filter insertion commits schema, numeric index entries, and category bitmap entries in separate transactions. A crash or failure can leave partially indexed filter state.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert a batch with both numeric and category filters.
2. Inject a failure after schema or numeric commit but before all category writes finish.
3. Restart and query the affected filters.

Expected Behavior

Filter writes should commit all related state together or roll everything back.

Actual Behavior

The system can persist only part of a filter batch, leaving schema/index drift. Filter::add_filters_from_json_batch.
