Outcome

Prove the boundary between repository-local architecture context and Mindgarden-backed knowledge, with optional OpenWiki, Obsidian, and public Quartz projections.

Scope

• Implement the work owned by egohygiene/empathy that is necessary to deliver this outcome.
• Coordinate cross-repository work through the dependencies below; do not copy sibling implementations into this repository.
• Keep unrelated refactors, mutable cross-repository source dependencies, and secret material outside this issue.

Acceptance criteria

• Instantiate the Mindgarden contract without moving its canonical implementation into Empathy
• Index generated ecosystem context and repository architecture documents
• Prototype OpenWiki and Obsidian export/import without making them canonical stores
• Publish a reviewed-public projection with private-content gates
