Outcome

Build a CNCF-inspired, repository-driven landscape that explains tools, platforms, lifecycle, ownership, dependencies, and maturity without turning the CNCF catalog into an implementation checklist.

Scope

• Implement the work owned by egohygiene/.github that is necessary to deliver this outcome.
• Coordinate cross-repository work through the dependencies below; do not copy sibling implementations into this repository.
• Keep unrelated refactors, mutable cross-repository source dependencies, and secret material outside this issue.

Acceptance criteria

• Define a machine-readable landscape schema sourced from the repository catalog
• Render searchable web and static exports at landscape.egohygiene.io
• Show lifecycle, plane, owner, maturity, and dependency edges
• Automate validation and publication through Relay
