Replaces the stale "M0 (scaffolding) complete" README with a full TLDR of every shipped mechanic and flow, organized as:

• A life in the glass — birth & the demo Mote, soulmark + temper (dealt once, no two alike), stats, care & refusals, sleep, illness, disposition & the Yim redemption path, stages, multiply, graduation → named stars, Lethe & farewell ceremonies.
• The magic beat: away → return — lazy simulate-on-read, peeks + the away recap, daypaths & the dealer's law, the manner, memory distillation, push notifications.
• Company: the social layer — introductions with the duet scene, the Symposium & letters, the friendship sky, the Chronicle & standings, sharing between Lights (visits/postcards/meetings/rehoming).
• Accounts, money, ops — auth & age gate & deletion, the shelf + Keeper's Lantern + Keeper's Key, the multi-LLM narration stack with its three spending fences, logging/monitoring/deploy truth.

Also refreshes the two laws (adds the never-trusted clause and the launch-phase "till never touches the soul" law), the command list, and the status line (M0–M-K + L0–L5 built; phase = soft launch).
