Unexpected downgrade prompt opening newer version of .deb #129

Description

@scooby

Summary: Version parsing seems to be lexical rather than numeric, e.g. 1.10.0 is treated as a "downgrade" from 1.9.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Stretchly 1.9.0
  2. Downlaod and install Stretchly_1.9.0_amd64.deb
  3. Go to Stretchly 1.10.0
  4. Open Stretchly_1.10.0_amd64.deb with Eddy.

Expected behavior: Eddy displays a normal prompt to upgrade the package.

Observed behavior: Eddy displays a prompt asking if the user wants to downgrade the package.
