Interactive console request

Is there any chance to bring interactive pi cli request (eg. if a command is allowed or not) to the Tau Frontend?
We use some standard Pi Extension to prevent uncomfirmed cli command, where the user has to accept the execution.

Opened #71 for this. Turns out ctx.ui.select / ctx.ui.confirm / ctx.ui.input are already a native part of pi-coding-agent's ExtensionUIContext - Tau just wasn't routing them to the browser yet, even though the frontend (dialogs.js) already had the rendering side built. The PR wires that up: when a browser client is connected, those three calls get proxied to it instead of only the local TUI (falls back to local TUI otherwise).

Since it patches ctx.ui itself rather than hooking a specific extension, this works for any extension that already calls these methods (e.g. a permission-gate style "run this command? [y/n]" extension) with zero changes needed on that extension's side. Screenshots in the PR show a real permission-gate extension, unmodified, working through it.
