Updated Dockerfile (now directly uses openresty as base image) and actual lua resty and bundle session versions.
Also updated all templates and nginx config to modern versions
Added action which builds the image at a release
You can build the new Docker Image via:
docker build --no-cache -f docker/Dockerfile -t forc .
