## Short Summary (TL;DR) Adds an `.editorconfig` so editors use 2-space indentation, LF line endings and a final newline in every file, and trim trailing whitespace outside Markdown. ## How This PR Solves The Issue It follows `ddev.com`'s `.editorconfig`, with 2 spaces for all files, which also matches the `.sh` setting in `ddev/ddev` and the add-on template. `trim_trailing_whitespace` is on, because the organization's `AGENTS.md` forbids trailing whitespace, except in Markdown, as in the add-on template, so an editor doesn't strip a line break written as two trailing spaces. ## Automated Testing Overview None.
