Small README-only fix: the Scorecard badge and viewer link now use the case-sensitive Continuous-Actions login, and an HTML comment guards against lowercasing again. No blocking issues. I did not verify the 404/200 claim against the live API. The CI badge link is still lowercase, but GitHub resolves that case-insensitively.

Summary
The Scorecard API looks projects up case-sensitively. Since the README links were lowercased, the badge showed "invalid repo path". There is also an HTML comment so the badge doesn't get lowercased again.
