Application build instructions now remain in each source repository. Authorize
connectbot/actions/.github/workflows/android-attest.yml@refs/heads/android-signer-v1to attest the stable artifact handoff without checking out or executing application code.Advance production policy to revision 2 and disposable-test policy to revision 9, with updated canonical policy hashes. Public keys, source restrictions, finalizer identity, and rotation policy remain unchanged. Both policies were exported and validated with the native signer administration tool against the existing private configuration.
Companion changes: connectbot/actions#27 and connectbot/connectbot#2527. The test VM policy will be activated after this policy is merged and the protected trusted-workflow branch is updated; production publishing stays disabled until live verification completes.
