Reverts #2788 and redirects the retired page to the Bitbucket Cloud FAQ.

Atlassian rolled back the change that showed the permissions page on every Bitbucket sign-in (OD-1050: confirmed fixed on 2026-10-30), so the troubleshooting page and the limitations bullet no longer describe current behaviour.

• Removes faq/troubleshooting/why-does-bitbucket-ask-me-to-grant-codacy-access-every-time-i-log-in.md, its nav: entry and the bullet in faq/general/how-does-codacy-support-bitbucket-cloud.md.
• Adds a redirect_maps entry from the retired URL to faq/general/how-does-codacy-support-bitbucket-cloud.md, so links already shared by support keep working.

To reapply if Atlassian brings the behaviour back: cherry-pick 63668b6a746cd11ebb41df8a2fec19c9aae45ad5 and delete the redirect added here. The in-app note that linked to this page (codacy/codacy-spa, cdbc527178d487813847f157a8e361caa7415fee) is being reverted at the same time.
