The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the previous provider relies on GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point it to an alternative data source so the chart renders correctly again.

The star history chart in the README has been broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This PR switches it to an alternative provider that uses a different data source, so the chart renders correctly again.
