feat(mosaic): add ProviderButton and ProviderButtonGroup - #10549
Adds Mosaic ProviderButton and ProviderButtonGroup, the replacement for the legacy SocialButtons layout, with a swingset page. Neither is exported from the package index yet.
inline is the default layout: one button shows longLabel, two show shortLabel, three or more show only the icon. stacked gives each button its own row with longLabel.
Layout is CSS only: :has() quantity queries pick the columns and label, and a container query moves two buttons to one column under 20rem.
Rows match the legacy distribution of at most five per row, except that 16 or more stay at five where legacy drops to four.
While pending, only the icon swaps for the spinner, so the label stays and the button keeps its width and full opacity. SubmitButton hides all of its content instead.
lastUsed on the group puts one button on its own row above the others, with its long label. badge on a button shows short text overhanging its top-end corner and adds it to the accessible name.

Walkthrough
Adds ProviderButton and ProviderButtonGroup with inline and stacked layouts, pending-state handling, and responsive button sizing. Adds unit and browser tests for component behavior, accessibility, and layout. Adds Swingset stories and documentation, then registers them in the component documentation map and story registry.
The pending example is incomplete, and custom accessible names can omit pending or badge information. These are bounded issues.

Use a supported import in the public usage example.
@clerk/mosaic publishes only . and ./styles.css, and its root entry does not export ProviderButton or ProviderButtonGroup. The @clerk/mosaic/components/provider-button subpath is therefore unavailable to consumers. Export both components from the package entry point and import from @clerk/mosaic, or document a supported internal path until the public export exists. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
