bug: [Voice] it would glich when concord is put in background

1. launch concord
2. get on a voice call
3. voice starts to get glitch

Expected behavior

the voice to be glitch.

Actual behavior

it glitches, the voice play back is broken pices. only slightly stable when i return to concord but even so still glitches

Additional context

my friend's network is a bit unstable ( using data not wifi) but usually is just only some point but the glitch happen thought out the entire call.

also when i join the vc using dc app its much smoother
