Polish PodNotes player and episode row state

Summary

• Add richer episode-row state for partial progress, downloads, queue/favorite/note indicators, and duration.
• Surface quick actions on hover and focus so actions are discoverable without opening the context menu.
• Refine the player layout and fix the Obsidian button class handling that blocked interaction in the player view.
• Clear the player loading state on audio canplay and error so the artwork overlay does not get stuck.

Testing

• Added and updated unit/integration coverage for the episode player and Obsidian button wrapper.
• Ran the full test suite and production build locally; both passed.
• Verified the player view live in the dev vault after reloading the plugin.
