Version 0.20.0 releases everything on main since 0.19.0: the paged hot manifest preview (T-449), claim back-off and follower heal (T-450), memory on /metrics (T-451), allocator_background_threads on by default (T-452), the lazy id-grouped hot read (T-453), the backlog valve (T-457), compaction's own catalog connection and back-off (T-458), the O(claim) retire (T-459), per- engine spill directories (T-460), no file cache on long-lived engines (T-461), catalog exits as errors (T-464), size-screened compaction candidates (T-463), and the cluster page's per-node version and commit (T-465).
