Package split and symmetric Kubernetes topologies as a versioned Helm chart with external Secret and TLS integration. Document image pinning, persistence, scaling, migration, and production boundaries. Refs T-314.
Reject active listener collisions and unsafe split/symmetric conversions before Helm can apply them. Apply configured workload identity to every role and keep the health hook compatible with private registries and hardened pod contexts. Refs T-314.
