Restores the mobile booking-request detail actions and booking-list cache sync follow-ups onto
main.This reapplies the mobile code from the tested top stacked branch after PRs 114 and 115 were merged into their stacked base branches instead of
main.Why
mainonly received PR 113 (fix(mobile): open booking notifications on detail). The follow-up request-action UI and cache-sync changes were marked merged by GitHub, but their bases werecodex/booking-request-detail-actionsandcodex/booking-detail-request-actions, so they did not land onmain.Validation
