Simply allows you to manage versions of your Go tools (Go, LiteIDE) All configs, archives, installed tools stored in $HOME/.gtvm in Linux/OSX and %USERPROFILE%.gtvm in Windows
Installing LiteIDE currently is not working, simply download. See the source for information about the commands
