Why
Inbox archive needs a separate browsing scope without making archiving look like marking a task done or changing read state. People also need to know that archive choices stay on this device rather than syncing.
What
Reviewer-reproducible examples
Setup: Use a channel where an agent is a member. Have the agent post a new verified message that explicitly mentions your Buzz account, then leave the message unread. This produces a conversation matching Mentions, Agents, and Unread only. Archive choices are local view state and do not mark the message read.
