Increase Network Clustering Algorithms with CDLib

Expected behavior

Currently, there is only Label Propagation Algorithm being used.
CDLib is actively compiling a list of Algorithms made specifically for Network Clustering https://cdlib.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference/cd_algorithms/node_clustering.html

Note: Algorithms are currently being checked for this supported Graph type GiulioRossetti/cdlib#167 GiulioRossetti/cdlib#184
