When a batch ask_user_question interrupts while the composer holds a multi-line draft, the preserved textarea can stay 45 to 55vh tall. The batch popover is positioned bottom-full above the whole composer with its own 70vh cap, so the two together can exceed the viewport and push the prompt and the move-to-chat control above the visible area.
Options: bound the popover by the space above the composer (measure the composer, or use an anchored position with a collision boundary), or collapse the locked composer to one line while the batch owns it.
