New traceroute6 package mirroring traceroute for IPv6: Protocol (ICMPv6/UDP/TCP), ParseProtocol, DefaultConfig, and Validate with IPv6-specific checks (HopLimit range, IPv6-only src/dst overrides, ICMPv6 rejects src-port/fixed-dport). Closes #41
