Ref BacLuc#10 (not fixes BacLuc#10 — standing feature).

Adds Claude hooks.Stop array as an additional command source inside the plugin, keeping bacluc-opencode-completion-check-command installed. Keeps existing session.idle behavior unchanged.

Test evidence:

Branch: issue-10-claude-hooks (new, not reused from closed PR BacLuc#48).

Each session now stores its working directory at session.created time.
On session.idle, the completion check runs in the session's own directory
instead of the global input.directory. This ensures subagents working in
different directories (e.g., child repos) use their own completion-check
command.

Fixes #144
- Add comment explaining deliberate no-inheritance of parent command
- Add test that command.execute.before preserves stored directory
- Improve 'runs in session directory' test to actually discriminate cwd
by using a marker-file-based command instead of FAIL_COMMAND
