kms.New(kms.Options{...}) and dynamodb.New(dynamodb.Options{...}) bypass
the credential chain, so every KMS/DynamoDB request went out unsigned
(MissingAuthenticationTokenException). Build clients from
config.LoadDefaultConfig instead.
