Build on the existing templates system (convex/templates.ts, src/pages/Templates.tsx).

• Public, indexable template pages with use-case copy (SEO)
• "Use this template" → signup → list created with the template pre-loaded

Scope: ten agent runbooks, public indexable template pages, safe signup continuation into atomic preloaded-list creation, per-template conversion tracking, and focused backend/browser coverage plus documentation. Rechecked comments, assignees, and linked/open PRs; no competing active implementation found. Coordinator will integrate, commit, and open the PR; no merge or deployment.

Implementation handoff for boop-203-a927-impl to coordinator thread a927d4f3-e9fa-46df-ad3a-9893b9168fb2, branch feat/203-agent-runbook-templates.

Implemented ten editorial agent runbooks, public gallery/detail pages and generated indexable HTML, allowlisted signup continuation through the biometric/auth boundary, atomic preloaded-list creation with quotas and first-list referral benefits, account-scoped retry persistence, and consent-gated per-template conversion events. Pending signup referrals are redeemed before creation. Private saved templates remain authenticated and owner-checked. Documentation: docs/templates.md.

Validation: full bun test 671 passed, 0 failed; all five new isolated browser tests passed, including signup with pending referral and lost-response/reload retry at quota; app/backend/E2E typechecks passed; direct Vite production build passed (11 static template HTML pages and 11 sitemap entries); git diff --check passed. Focused regressions cover delayed/failed app-lock settings, cross-account/source retry rejection, quota, referral grants, item failure, private saved-template access, and generated metadata navigation. T3 browser DOM inspection verified all six release steps, CTA, unique canonical and no horizontal overflow at desktop/mobile sizes; screenshot transport failed repeatedly. One initial cold gallery blank-load failure did not recur in subsequent runs.

Limits: isolated fixtures do not demonstrate real OTP delivery, deployed Convex transaction behavior, production crawler response, or PostHog ingestion. Convex supplies transaction rollback; handler tests assert failures escape without a success result. Full browser suite, platform builds, Lighthouse and automated review remain coordinator/CI delivery gates. No live codegen/deploy, commits, PR creation, merge or spending performed by this assignment. Final build is in dist/; coordinator owns integration and delivery.

PR opened: #275 at feb2e7c. Ten public runbooks, generated indexable pages, signup continuation into atomic private-list creation, and per-template analytics are implemented. Quotas, app-lock gating, pending referrals, lost acknowledgments/reloads, saved-template privacy and metadata navigation have regression coverage.

Local validation: 671 unit tests, all 121 browser tests, app/backend/E2E types, focused ESLint and direct Vite build pass. Independent delegated review found five substantive integration issues; all were fixed and follow-up review reports no blockers. Production-server HTTP and desktop/mobile DOM checks also pass. Latest-commit CI/automated feedback are now being monitored by coordinating thread a927d4f3-e9fa-46df-ad3a-9893b9168fb2.

No deployment or merge. Live OTP, deployed Convex/native runtime, crawling and analytics ingestion remain deployment verification limits, documented in docs/templates.md.

Implementation and review are complete in #275 (e1d3593). All applicable latest-commit CI checks pass: 672 unit tests, 121 browser tests, web/Android/unsigned iOS builds, Lighthouse and automated review. Independent delegated review findings were fixed and re-reviewed; GitHub reports CLEAN/MERGEABLE. Both substantive automated threads were addressed and resolved.

Handoff: ten public runbooks, crawlable pages/sitemap, signup continuation, atomic retry-safe creation and per-template analytics are implemented. The compatible Convex backend must be available before the frontend release. Live OTP, deployed transaction/native-biometric behavior, production crawling and analytics ingestion were not exercised. No merge or manual deployment was performed; this assignment is complete and no longer actively editing.
