Upgrade lerna from v8 to v9. This pulls in lru-cache v11+ which uses the diagnostics_channel tracingChannel API, requiring Node 20+. - Bump lerna to ^9.0.7 - Update engines field to require Node >=20.0.0 - Add mise.toml for local Node 20 version management - Remove stale package-lock.json that conflicted with yarn.lock - Rebuild Smithy SSDK dist artifacts for GetInstallations operation
