Informational: Comment job filter rejects audit commands the configured regex accepts
The audit-comment job only runs when the comment starts with one of three exact literals. The action's command-regex also accepts '@decofe derek audit' and any whitespace between words. Commands like these are valid under the regex but the job is skipped, so the audit never runs and nobody gets a reply.

Add automatic Cyclops review for same-repository pull requests by copying evm2's workflow verbatim. Preserve its label triggers, comment commands, permissions, pinned actions, and EVENTS secret references.
Validation: actionlint 1.7.12, git diff --check, and byte-for-byte comparison with evm2's workflow all pass. End-to-end Cyclops execution has not been tested; this workflow uses the existing EVENTS_KEY, EVENTS_CERT, and EVENTS_ARGS secrets.
