Add a Gemini engine that talks to Vertex AI - #145

engine: gemini shells out to the Gemini CLI instead of Codex, so an adopter can leave Azure. The reusable workflow takes optional Vertex project, location, and API key, and only requires Azure for Codex.
AIXGO_VERTEX_API_KEY may be a plain API key or the contents of a service-account JSON. JSON is written to a temp file and exported as GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS so Gemini CLI authenticates with IAM instead of an API token.
Point aixgo-dev/code's own Actions caller at Vertex Gemini instead of AIXGO_AZURE_*. Set engine: gemini in .github/aixgo.yml. Add README TOC and Engines table so configuration is discoverable. Adopter templates still document Codex/Azure as an option; this repo no longer wires those env vars.
