Respect conventional-commits grammar for scope

First thank for your work.

I received a "malformed scope" error for a commit where scope was like: mydomain/mypackage.feature
v0.20.1

NB: this scope value could seems weird, but I can't get you the exact scope value.

Anyway, AFAIK this should be OK according to:
https://github.com/conventional-commits/parser/blob/main/README.md?plain=1#L71
<scope> ::= <any UTF8-octets except newline or parens>+

I'm not GO fluent and code provide a PR.
Hope someone can provide this.
