Feature request: session sharing

Description

No share-session button exists. Users need to share session output with teammates.

Proposed scope

1. Share with entire org
2. Share with a specific teammate in org
3. Public share, gated by org admin setting

Each share mode needs a fork option (recipient can continue from that point) and a view-only option. Permissions model for public share still needs design.
